Responsibilities
- Deliver direct critical care in a 24-bed ICU
- Administer high-risk medications and manage ventilator care
- Document accurately in Epic and hand over at shift change
- Precept new graduate and travel nurses
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license or compact eligibility
- BSN preferred, ADN accepted with experience
- 3+ years ICU experience in an acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications
Nice to have
- CCRN certification
- Epic experience
