Lead a 35-person pick-and-pack shift in a high-volume 3PL distribution centre serving retail clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a 35-person shift and own daily productivity targets
- Run shift huddles and drive safety observations
- Manage labour planning and overtime approval
- Own inventory accuracy and cycle count program
Requirements
- 3+ years warehouse supervision in a 3PL
- Strong WMS experience (Manhattan or Blue Yonder)
- Comfortable with RF scanners and slotting basics
- Ability to work rotating early shifts
Nice to have
- Lean or 5S deployment experience
- Forklift certification
