Lead a 140-person precision machining operation, owning safety, quality, delivery and cost across two shifts.
Responsibilities
- Own P&L and operating budget for the site
- Drive lean initiatives and reduce scrap and rework
- Build and develop a frontline leadership team
- Partner with sales on capacity and capital planning
Requirements
- 10+ years manufacturing leadership, 3+ as plant manager
- Demonstrated lean or Six Sigma deployment
- Strong ERP and MES system literacy
- Willingness to be on site in Sheridan, WY
Nice to have
- Experience with AS9100 or IATF environments
