Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and niche boards
- Screen for skills, availability, comp and visa status
- Submit formatted resumes within client SLAs
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date
Requirements
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong Boolean sourcing and internet research
- Excellent written English and US shift overlap
- Comfortable working inside a client ATS or VMS
Nice to have
- Healthcare staffing exposure
- Experience with Bullhorn
